Our client is a leading Corporate Services Provider in Malta.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage data entry tasks and ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of records, databases, and spreadsheets, including supporting the preparation of various forms and documentation;
- Maintain an organized filing system, both in physical and digital formats, to ensure efficient document retrieval;
- Handle incoming calls, taking accurate messages, and responding to emails in a professional manner;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and related logistics;
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and submission of reports, official documentation, company registers, and other materials required by the authorities.
Experience
- Previous experience and familiarity in the Corporate Service industry;
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office applications and other office software.

- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks;
- Be able to organise work appropriately and to prioritise work;
- Express a keen eagerness to learn and continually enhance skills;
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills;
