Our client is a leading Corporate Services Provider in Malta.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage data entry tasks and ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of records, databases, and spreadsheets, including supporting the preparation of various forms and documentation;
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both in physical and digital formats, to ensure efficient document retrieval;
  • Handle incoming calls, taking accurate messages, and responding to emails in a professional manner;
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and related logistics;
  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and submission of reports, official documentation, company registers, and other materials required by the authorities.

Experience

  • Previous experience and familiarity in the Corporate Service industry;
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Office applications and other office software.

  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks;
  • Be able to organise work appropriately and to prioritise work;
  • Express a keen eagerness to learn and continually enhance skills;
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
  • Exhibit effective problem-solving skills.
