Company Introduction

Our client is a boutique international tax and law firm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage multiple client portfolios, building and maintaining strong client relationships while responding promptly to enquiries and requests;
  • Carry out general corporate administration tasks and support compliance requirements, including the collection of due diligence documentation in line with Know Your Client (KYC) procedures;
  • Draft corporate documentation for review and coordinate execution and filing as required;
  • Prepare and submit documentation to relevant authorities for company incorporations and corporate changes, including share transfers and changes to directors;
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory filing deadlines, including annual returns, BO confirmations, and other regulatory submissions;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory company registers;
  • Assist clients with bank account opening processes and liaise with banks and financial institutions on their behalf;
  • Attend client meetings and provide administrative support as required;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflows and consistent service delivery;
  • Act as a point of contact with the Malta Financial Services Authority, Malta Business Registry, and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Experience

  • At least two 2 years’ experience in a corporate administration role within Malta;
  • Good understanding of applicable statutory requirements, regulatory frameworks, and compliance processes;
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are considered an asset;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines;
  • Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality, integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
