- Responsible for handling domestic and international transactions in the field of corporate and commercial law;
- Provide legal advice;
- Draft and review commercial contracts;
- Address legal issues;
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Experience
- Hold a Law degree from an accredited University;
- Possess Qualification to practice law in Malta;
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in corporate and commercial law;
- Proficiency in handling legal issues and providing legal advice;
- Knowledgeable in commercial contracts drafting and review;
- Skilled in relevant legal research and analysis techniques.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
