Company Introduction

Our client is a leading law firm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Facilitate client onboarding through KYC and AML/CFT checks;
  • Incorporate and manage companies and legal entities;
  • Handle company secretarial roles, including maintaining statutory books and updating registers of members, directors, secretaries, and share certificates;
  • Prepare and document board of directors’ meetings and shareholders meetings;
  • Draft resolutions and ensure all required statutory filings are prepared and filed;
  • Update changes with relevant authorities;
  • Liaise with accountants, auditors, banks, and authorities as needed;
  • Ensure client companies adhere to legal duties;
  • Perform other duties as required by the Head of Corporate.


  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Be computer literate and have knowledge of office applications;
  • A law degree would be considered a strong asset but is not a requirement.
