Our client is a leading law firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Facilitate client onboarding through KYC and AML/CFT checks;
- Incorporate and manage companies and legal entities;
- Handle company secretarial roles, including maintaining statutory books and updating registers of members, directors, secretaries, and share certificates;
- Prepare and document board of directors’ meetings and shareholders meetings;
- Draft resolutions and ensure all required statutory filings are prepared and filed;
- Update changes with relevant authorities;
- Liaise with accountants, auditors, banks, and authorities as needed;
- Ensure client companies adhere to legal duties;
- Perform other duties as required by the Head of Corporate.
Experience
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Be computer literate and have knowledge of office applications;
- A law degree would be considered a strong asset but is not a requirement.
