Company Introduction

Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory forms and resolutions to the Malta Business Registry (MBR);
  • Manage company incorporations, amendments to corporate structures, and related documentation;
  • Maintain up-to-date company registers in compliance with current laws and regulations;
  • Draft and review resolutions, contracts, and other corporate documentation;
  • Coordinate the opening and closing of client bank accounts, maintaining communication with banking institutions;
  • Handle day-to-day client communication and ensure effective management of corporate affairs;
  • Support the onboarding process, including due diligence and compliance monitoring;
  • Assist in the administration of residency programmes and employment visa processes;
  • Keep clients informed of regulatory updates and industry developments;
  • Liaise with authorities such as the Malta Business Registry and relevant government bodies.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate services or a comparable role;
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Legal, Finance, or a related field preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel;
  • Previous experience liaising with MBR and regulatory bodies is considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Familiarity with Maltese corporate laws and procedures;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
