Company Introduction
Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory forms and resolutions to the Malta Business Registry (MBR);
- Manage company incorporations, amendments to corporate structures, and related documentation;
- Maintain up-to-date company registers in compliance with current laws and regulations;
- Draft and review resolutions, contracts, and other corporate documentation;
- Coordinate the opening and closing of client bank accounts, maintaining communication with banking institutions;
- Handle day-to-day client communication and ensure effective management of corporate affairs;
- Support the onboarding process, including due diligence and compliance monitoring;
- Assist in the administration of residency programmes and employment visa processes;
- Keep clients informed of regulatory updates and industry developments;
- Liaise with authorities such as the Malta Business Registry and relevant government bodies.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate services or a comparable role;
- Diploma or higher qualification in Legal, Finance, or a related field preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel;
- Previous experience liaising with MBR and regulatory bodies is considered an asset.
Personal Skills
- Familiarity with Maltese corporate laws and procedures;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail;
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
