Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle communication with clients; 
  • Handling any matters related to compliance requirements, including Companies Act submissions;
  • Handle company incorporation;
  • Client on-boarding; 
  • Interact with banks frequently; 
  • Carry out general administrative duties.


  • The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience working in the corporate services industry;
  • Having relevant qualifications would also be considered a plus. 

Personal Skills

  • The ideal candidate would have a positive mindset and would be highly motivated;
  • Having a can-so attitude is a must.
