Company Introduction
Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the preparation and filing of resolutions and statutory submissions with the Malta Business Registry;
- Manage corporate matters including amendments to company structures and the incorporation of new entities;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date company registers;
- Assist in drafting contracts, resolutions, and related corporate documentation;
- Coordinate the opening and closure of client bank accounts and maintain regular communication with banking institutions;
- Handle client correspondence and provide ongoing administrative support;
- Monitor and ensure that client companies remain compliant with applicable laws and regulatory requirements;
- Liaise with the Malta Business Registry and other relevant authorities as required;
- Assist with client onboarding procedures and ongoing compliance monitoring;
- Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of client companies;
- Manage due diligence and KYC documentation, including related communications and record-keeping.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar corporate or administrative role;
- A Diploma in Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field will be considered advantageous;
- Good understanding of corporate regulations, compliance standards, and industry practices;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented approach to work.
