Our client is a leading top-tier law firm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Administer an international client portfolio including complex structures;
  • Manage the set up and day-to-day administration of companies and trusts while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws in force;
  • Delegate & review work prepared by junior staff;
  • Assist junior staff with technicalities of corporate process and identifying required changes;
  • Assist with organizing training and guide other team members;
  • Liaise with Internal Departments;
  • Liaise with external collaborators such as Directors, Accountants, Auditors;
  • Provide suepport to team members and Senior Management as required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Corporate Services, experience in customer services would be an asset;
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language, other languages are an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite will be an asset.
