Our client is a leading top-tier law firm.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Administer an international client portfolio including complex structures;
- Manage the set up and day-to-day administration of companies and trusts while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws in force;
- Delegate & review work prepared by junior staff;
- Assist junior staff with technicalities of corporate process and identifying required changes;
- Assist with organizing training and guide other team members;
- Liaise with Internal Departments;
- Liaise with external collaborators such as Directors, Accountants, Auditors;
- Provide suepport to team members and Senior Management as required.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Corporate Services, experience in customer services would be an asset;
- Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language, other languages are an asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite will be an asset.
