Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and support the sales team to achieve business objectives and maintain high performance;
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimal stock availability;
  • Coordinate with international partners and align reporting efforts with company management;
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives, while supporting broader marketing campaigns;
  • Plan and execute educational and promotional events targeting medical professionals and pharmacies;
  • Design and roll out strategic business plans, including new market entry and product launches;
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive activity;
  • Strengthen company presence and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders.

Experience

  • Hold a degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline;
  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical sector, including relevant regulations and industry protocols.
