Our client is a leading law firm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and maintain the firm’s court tracker, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of daily court lists;
  • Prepare court files and ensure all required documentation is ready within established deadlines;
  • Obtain, review, and handle court transcripts and records of sittings;
  • Liaise with lawyers and internal departments on court-related matters;
  • Organise, sort, and file court documentation in line with internal procedures;
  • Track and monitor court-related documents, including those received from ministries and tribunals;
  • Monitor court deadlines and follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks;
  • Support the coordination of court logistics, including attending the court registry to assist Legal Procurators;
  • Provide administrative support to Secretaries and Associates involved in litigation matters;
  • Archive court and litigation files in accordance with company policies.

Experience

  • A’ Level standard of education;
  • Previous experience in an administrative or legal support role will be considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel;
  • Fluency in Maltese and English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment;
