Our client is involved in credit management services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Compile any required reconciliations and allocation of payment;
  • Assist in the preparation of credit control status;
  • Be central in improving and implementing a structured approach within the credit control function;
  • Report of customer payments and credit control actions;
  • Follow up on escalations;
  • Coordinate weekly meetings on credit control;
  • Issuing statements on a regular basis;
  • Chasing of debtors to ensure payments are affected within a reasonable timeframe;
  • Reconciliations and dispute handling;
  • Perform any other tasks assigned.


  • Have a minimum of an ‘A’ level standard of education;
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role;
  • Previous experience in the field or working within an office environment will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer literacy skills;
  • Able to work under very little supervision;
  • Knowledge in basic accounting is essential.
