Company Introduction

Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for the wellbeing of the clients by making sure that their experience at the company will continue to be dealt with professionally;
  • Keep the client updated with the process flow of their order;
  • Assist in preparation for the delivery and installation process;
  • Follow and handle queries and complaints;
  • Ensure that customers requiring after-sales service are followed up and that their needs are addressed as quickly as possible.


  • Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office;
  • Fluent in Maltese, English and possibly Italian;
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset;
  • Currently living in Malta.

  • Committed and reliable person with a flexible work approach;
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
