Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Make sure that the clients experience at the company will continue to be dealt with professionally.
  • Keep the client updated with the process flow of their order;
  • Assist in preparation for the delivery and installation process;
  • Follow and handle queries;
  • Ensure that customers requiring after-sales?service are followed up and that their needs are?addressed as quickly as possible.


  • Have very good computer skills;
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office;
  • Be fluent in English and possibly Maltese;
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.
