Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Make sure that the clients experience at the company will continue to be dealt with professionally;
  • Keep the client updated with the process flow of their order;
  • Assist in preparation for the delivery and installation process;
  • Follow and handle queries;
  • Ensure that customers requiring after-sales service are followed up and that their needs are addressed as quickly as possible. 

Experience

  • Have very good computer skills; 
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office; 
  • Be fluent in English and possibly Maltese; 
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset. 

Personal Skills

  • Have good organizational skills; 
  • Be client-oriented;
  • Have time management skills;
  • Have good communication skills and excellent telephone manners; 
  • Be committed and reliable.
