Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver high-quality sales and advisory services to clients, focusing on promoting and selling the Company's deposit products while ensuring a strong customer experience;
  • Manage client onboarding processes and ensure all required documentation is properly collected and maintained;
  • Enter into client agreements in line with internal standards and compliance guidelines;
  • Monitor client activity and portfolios to mitigate risks and minimise potential losses;
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand business connections;
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by participating in staff training and development initiatives.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in a role with a strong focus on customer care;
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field will be considered an asset;
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Personal Skills

  • Demonstrated strength in sales, with a proactive and results-driven mindset;
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
