- Deliver high-quality sales and advisory services to clients, focusing on promoting and selling the Company's deposit products while ensuring a strong customer experience;
- Manage client onboarding processes and ensure all required documentation is properly collected and maintained;
- Enter into client agreements in line with internal standards and compliance guidelines;
- Monitor client activity and portfolios to mitigate risks and minimise potential losses;
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand business connections;
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by participating in staff training and development initiatives.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a role with a strong focus on customer care;
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field will be considered an asset;
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Personal Skills
- Demonstrated strength in sales, with a proactive and results-driven mindset;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
