Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver exceptional consultancy services to clients;
  • Ensure adherence to established standards while finalizing contracts;
  • Supervise client onboarding processes and uphold essential documentation;
  • Consistently monitor and analyze client activities to mitigate risks and potential losses;
  • Nurture and strengthen business ties with clients;
  • Facilitate training and educational sessions for the Bank’s staff.

Experience

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field will be considered an asset;
  • Experience with a focus on customer service is considered a key advantage;
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel, is required.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with clients;
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
