Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet and communicate with customers in a warm and empathetic fashion;
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to customers via phone and emails;
  • Explain to customers the products, site and policies;
  • Keep up to date with new information and policies;
  • Build a relationship with clients providing accurate information in a timely manner;
  • Understand, guide and support clients;
  • Collaborate with other departments where necessary.

Experience

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, as well as another European language;
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage;
  • Have an interest in the online sector and are eager to learn more.

  • Be an excellent listener who loves giving support to people;
  • Be a team player that can work independently;
  • Have the ability to work under pressure.
