Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Engage with contacts through follow-ups, live chat, and various sales and support activities;
  • Collaborate with the Desk Manager and Marketing Team to enhance the desk’s business development, including managing specific social media tasks;
  • Provide support to clients throughout the enrolment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience;
  • Track and follow up on potential client leads generated from our marketing campaigns;
  • Assist the Desk Manager with a range of daily tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Experience

  • Proficiency in both Italian and English, with excellent speaking and writing skills;
  • A strong interest in financial markets; experience in Forex is a plus;
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an additional advantage.

  • Sales-support oriented with a customer-focused mindset;
  • Motivated, committed, and presentable, with a strong ability to work effectively in a team.
