Our client is an international remote gaming company with online casino brands.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer customer inquiries via email and chat;
  • Ensure that complex problems are solved as quickly as possible in a satisfactory way for the customer;
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers;
  • Daily monitoring of the website's accessibility and functionality, reporting to Customer Service Manager on issues that affect either customers or the site's performance;
  • Participate in testing of new products and services;
  • Contribute to promoting new products and offers to customers;
  • Participate in other work areas within the casino when required.


  • Previous working experience in a customer service environment is a plus.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English;
  • Have an eye for detail and are careful with your tasks
  • Be service-oriented, outgoing, smiling, helpful and accommodating;
  • Have a desire to meet internal goals;
  • Works under minimum supervision;
  • Team player;
  • Be able to work under pressure and be flexible;
