  • Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved promptly;
  • Contribute to the on-going development and improvement of our customer experience;
  • Ensure professional working relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • Promoting the brand’s values and products.

Experience

  • Candidates with previous experience in a similar role will be given preference.

Working Hours

  • Shift work;
  • Remote work on weekends and evening shifts.

Personal Skills

  • Have excellent communication skills in Japanese and English;
  • Good communication and IT-skills;
  • The ability to work in a professional and shift environment;
  • Customer-oriented.
