- Providing a high level of customer service to players;
- Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved promptly;
- Contribute to the on-going development and improvement of our customer experience;
- Ensure professional working relationships with customers and colleagues;
- Promoting the brand's values and products.
Experience
- Candidates with previous experience in a similar role will be given preference.
Working Hours
- Shift work;
- Remote work on weekends and evening shifts.
Personal Skills
- Have excellent communication skills in Japanese and English;
- Good communication and IT-skills;
- The ability to work in a professional and shift environment;
- Customer-oriented.
