Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, social media, and live chat;
  • Schedule appointments for customers’ vehicle maintenance at the company’s workshop;
  • Participate in the processes required for the workshop to offer excellent service;
  • Manage the resolution of customer complaints;
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Experience

  • Have an O-Level standard of education;
  • Be fluent in Maltese and English.

Personal Skills

  • Be comfortable using computers;
  • Have some experience working with customer support.
