- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints;
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, social media, and live chat;
- Schedule appointments for customers’ vehicle maintenance at the company’s workshop;
- Participate in the processes required for the workshop to offer excellent service;
- Manage the resolution of customer complaints;
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Experience
- Have an O-Level standard of education;
- Be fluent in Maltese and English.
Personal Skills
- Be comfortable using computers;
- Have some experience working with customer support.
