Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle business development activities and enquiries in relation to potential clients and provide support to our English and Spanish speaking existing clients;
  • Follow up on contacts, answer phone calls, live chat and conduct other sales and support related tasks;
  • Assist and support the clients during the on-boarding process;
  • Follow up potential client leads coming from our marketing campaigns;
  • Assist your manager with different daily tasks;
  • Assist the team on any other day to day tasks that may be required from time to time.

Experience

  • Have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish both written and oral. Any other language would be considered an asset;
  • Have an interest in financial markets. Experience in Forex is considered a must.

  • Be Sales-Support oriented;
  • Be customer minded, motivated, committed, presentable and a team player.
