Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube);
  • Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels;
  • Oversee advertising budgets and ensure campaigns deliver strong return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS);
  • Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance;
  • Analyse campaign performance using key metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, and CTR, and prepare regular performance reports;
  • Identify and test new digital acquisition channels to drive user growth and engagement;
  • Develop and implement experimentation frameworks to support rapid testing, iteration, and performance optimisation;
  • Optimise conversion funnels across acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral stages;
  • Implement and manage automation processes for marketing activities using no-code or low-code tools;
  • Collaborate with product, data, and content teams to align marketing strategies and growth initiatives;
  • Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and tools in digital marketing and growth strategies.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and growth acquisition strategies;
  • Experience managing advertising campaigns with significant monthly budgets will be considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager;
  • Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and event tracking;
  • Good understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) practices and digital marketing analytics;
  • Experience using automation or growth tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms will be considered advantageous.
