Our client is a well renowned business in the Maltese market with various interests in different industries

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in the creation of the annual marketing plan, and deliver the vision and mission of the group with a focus on digital campaigns and social activity;
  • Plan and deliver goals, strategy and KPIs for our different companies;
  • Design and upkeep of journeys, email templates and CRM management;
  • Carry out AB testing where required; 
  • Design, build and deliver the company's social media presence, support all product campaigns and brand awareness & engagement;
  • Set up the necessary excels, dashboards, and report all social and email KPIs;
  • Create briefs for campaign creative working with the company's creative lead. Review artworks etc. as part of the teams feedback; 
  • Buy and execute social & PPC, mainly including Facebook but also SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns;
  • Focus on acquisition over engagement;
  • Research, maintain and develop AdWords and keywords;
  • Produce, nurture and maintain solid partnerships and affiliates for Marketing purposes.


  • Have 5 years’ previous experience in marketing;
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook campaigns, while a certification is considered as an asset;
  • Holding a University Degree, Masters or higher would be considered an asset;
  • Solid knowledge of analytical tools;
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Ads, while a certification is considered as an asset;
  • Experience in setting up and optimising email campaigns;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce will be considered an asset.
