Our client is a leading Maltese producer of alcoholic beverages.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth across all online channels.
  • Manage and grow the Company's social media presence by posting consistently, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand reputation;
  • Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, and key marketing initiatives;
  • Lead creative projects from concept to execution, collaborating with freelancers or agencies, while also producing high-quality in-house content to promote the Company's brands and encourage user-generated content;
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including boosted social media campaigns, to achieve specific KPIs;
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, generate insights, and create reports to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, including website, email, and social media campaigns;
  • Strategically identify and manage influencer partnerships and third-party content collaborations;
  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns, manage the digital privilege card program, and optimize website content for SEO to support eCommerce growth;
  • Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual style across all digital communications in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing;
  • Support additional marketing and promotional activities as required.

Experience

  • Hold a MSc in Strategic Management & Digital Marketing, or a related postgraduate qualification;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media for a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or beverage brand, or within a digital agency;
  • Experience in organic content creation, community management, and running paid social campaigns;
  • Proficiency in key digital platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WooCommerce, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Canva;
  • Experience with WordPress for content management is also required.

  • Strong analytical and creative mindset, with a natural curiosity for emerging digital marketing trends;
  • Excellent communication skills and an interest in wine, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors;
  • Be strategic and hands-on, capable of combining digital strategy, creativity, and analytics to deliver effective marketing results.
