- Curate and schedule engaging content that aligns with the Company's branding guidelines across social media platforms;
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages on social media;
- Develop, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign;
- Maintain and update email subscriber lists, ensuring they are accurate and relevant;
- Track and analyze email campaign performance to measure effectiveness and improve future efforts;
- Utilize research tools to monitor keywords and search trends, optimizing website content accordingly;
- Curate, schedule, and optimize blog content to enhance website engagement and SEO performance;
- Monitor blog and landing page performance to assess and improve user engagement;
- Track website performance and rankings for targeted keywords on the Company's site;
- Design and create visual media (graphics, images, and videos) using tools such as Canva and Photoshop, adhering to the Company's branding guidelines;
- Plan and schedule content consistently across digital channels to ensure brand consistency;
- Assist with the coordination and logistics of both internal and external marketing events;
- Manage promotional materials and bookings related to marketing campaigns and events;
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement campaign strategies aligned with the Company's objectives;
- Support lead generation efforts across the Company and follow up as necessary;
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform future marketing activities;
- Maintain regular timesheets and ensure accurate input of working hours;
- Track and update the yearly marketing budget, ensuring expenses align with set goals;
- Provide administrative support to directors and management with day-to-day tasks;
- Organize and maintain content and media files for easy internal access and compliance purposes;
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall organizational goals;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing-related activities.
Experience
- Hold a recognized diploma or certification in Marketing;
- Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing digital marketing activities in a similar role;
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms;
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques;
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software;
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems;
- Ability to proactively manage leads and ensure timely follow-up actions;
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
