Company Introduction

Our client is a leading Maltese producer of alcoholic beverages.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Receive, verify, and organize customer orders, preparing them for delivery;
  • Plan and manage daily delivery routes efficiently;
  • Ensure all orders are accurately picked, checked, and properly loaded for dispatch;
  • Coordinate activities of delivery personnel, vehicles, and warehouse teams;
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, updates, and service inquiries;
  • Monitor deliveries and address any operational or customer-related issues promptly;
  • Oversee the availability, usage, and maintenance of the delivery vehicle fleet;
  • Maintain and update records for deliveries, stock movements, and fleet activity;
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies;
  • Report daily activities and performance to the Operations Manager.

Experience

  • Minimum ‘O’ level education;
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, order management, inventory, and fleet tracking software;
  • Previous experience in distribution, logistics, fleet management, or warehouse operations is an advantage.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Customer-oriented with a practical, hands-on approach to operations;
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
