Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct site visits and take on-site measurements;
• Liaise with clients, architects, builders and contractors as needed;
• Prepare sketches for the project to be approved;
• Stay updated with industry trends;
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Experience

• Have previous experience in a similar role;
• Exhibit a high level of proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and CAD;
• Knowledge and skills in 3D drawing;
• Be fluent in both Maltese and English;
• Hold a valid driving licence.

Personal Skills

• Able to work on one’s own initiative;
• Able to work well within in a team;
• Attentive to details;
• Have good communication skills.
