- Provide on-site service and customer support during visits or dispatches;
- Align workflow and tasks with the assigned schedule;
- Oversee the installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment;
- Identify and resolve technical issues or system errors efficiently;
- Prepare accurate and detailed service reports promptly;
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures;
- Perform routine inspections and service checks on equipment;
- Take responsibility for preventive and scheduled maintenance activities;
- Adhere to company procedures and protocols while carrying out tasks;
- Collaborate with the technical team to share insights and updates;
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations;
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers;
- Provide regular updates and reports to the technical manager;
- Ensure safe operation of vehicles in compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Electrical Technician;
- Demonstrated experience in field service roles;
- Expertise in diagnosing, testing, repairing, and maintaining technical equipment;
- Familiarity with mobile tools, applications, and relevant technology;
- Possess a clean police record;
- Possession of valid A and B driving licenses;
- Experience with Solar Water Heater, Reverse Osmosis, Air Conditioning, and Photovoltaic system installations is highly advantageous.
