Our client is a leading company which offers yachting services.


Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage MTU Power Systems operation and the overall organization of the technical area;
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on management performance;
  • Lead, train and evaluate the performance of the employees;
  • Business development of all departments;
  • Ability to oversee and supervise technical works on engines if and when required;
  • Promote technical sales;
  • Keep good collaboration and communication with customers, colleagues, and suppliers;
  • Based in/willing to travel on a rotational basis between Malta and Greece or Libya.

Experience

  • Hold a degree in Engineering, preferably with Mechanical and Electronics background
  • Excellent after-sales service and customer experience;
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must, with ability to lead a team of technical, sales and office personnel;
  • A higher diploma in leadership and/or Management is considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Have excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken);
  • IT proficient especially in Word, Excel, and emails;
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and under pressure;
  • Excellent time management skills, high attention to detail, and highly organised;
  • Excellent client service and communication skills;
  • A hands-on mindset is highly desirable;
  • Leadership skills and ability to lead a team;
  • Strong business acumen to run operations.
