- Manage the team’s workload to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines;
- Supervise the work of team members to ensure quality standards and compliance with guidelines;
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, bi-weekly training sessions, and monthly one-on-ones to support team development;
- Inspire and motivate the team by setting clear goals, while identifying areas for improvement and growth;
- Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) assessments, offering constructive feedback to enhance content quality and writer performance;
- Lead the recruitment process and provide training for new team members to ensure smooth onboarding;
- Ensure content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with audience needs and preferences;
- Develop strategies to encourage adherence to company policies and achieve performance targets;
- Collaborate with other departments to plan, create, and optimize site content, including style and layout;
- Contribute to monthly performance reports, tracking team progress towards company objectives and deadlines;
- Perform any additional tasks that contribute to the effective and efficient completion of your role.
Experience
- Be native or have full professional proficiency in English;
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry;
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or senior position;
- Familiar with content marketing techniques and strategies;
- Proficient in Google Analytics and SEO practices.

- Excellent time and workload management skills;
- Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
- Experience with AI tools is a plus but a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential;
- Detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills;
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and passion for staying up-to-date with digital media trends;
- Strong work ethic, able to set priorities and consistently go the extra mile to support team objectives.
