Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B and B2C marketing initiatives across the European market, including operator co-marketing campaigns, brand awareness activities, social media, advertising, KOL collaborations, and player engagement initiatives;
- Develop and manage global affiliate marketing campaigns, supporting content creation, campaign execution, and affiliate partner development;
- Monitor and track the visibility and listing of the company's games across affiliate platforms;
- Work closely with Regional Account Managers and Business Development teams to support operator marketing collaborations and campaign execution;
- Contribute to creative direction, brand positioning, and the adaptation of marketing campaigns to local market requirements;
- Act as a liaison between the European market and the headquarters to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives;
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports outlining ongoing marketing activities;
- Produce monthly performance reports, including market intelligence, competitor analysis, campaign performance, and business opportunities.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience within B2B and B2C marketing in the European iGaming industry;
- Previous experience working on the provider side of the iGaming industry will be considered an asset;
- Experience managing affiliate partnerships and affiliate marketing initiatives will be considered an asset;
- Experience with budget planning and cost control;
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing competing priorities;
- Fluent in English;
- Willingness to travel internationally as required;
- Willingness to complete a 2–4 week onboarding programme at the company's headquarters in Taiwan upon joining.
