Our client specializes in security auditing and scientific consulting services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the CEO and Board of Directors with all their administrative needs, ensuring everything runs smoothly;
- Keep track of schedules, appointments, and travel plans for the CEO and board members;
- Help prepare for meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and organizing documents;
- Bridge communication between the executive office and other departments to ensure teamwork;
- Handle sensitive information respectfully and responsibly;
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external meetings;
- Organise and coordinate executive and board meetings, including logistics, catering, and technology setup;
- Monitor incoming communications and prioritize them for the CEO’s review;
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO.
Experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
- Have a minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Personal Skill
- Outstanding organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail;
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities seamlessly;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
