Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks;
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, appointments, and provide timely reminders with precision and clarity;
  • Arrange travel logistics and effective communication with parties concerned;
  • Address executives’ requests and inquiries promptly and professionally in a clear and concise manner;
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify and implement efficient administrative practices, enhancing operational effectiveness;
  • Maintain and manage organisation of office documents, files, databases for easy access and accuracy, and confidential records ensuring compliance with office procedures and processes;
  • Generate reports, presentations, and briefs to high standards;
  • Facilitate effective meetings: Issue & prepare agendas, ensure timely submission of required reports, take comprehensive meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items with clear communication;
  • Process insurance claims, follow-ups, and renewals efficiently ensuring timely and effective handling of these processes;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that all activities align with these industry standards, maintaining compliance across the organisation.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office;
  • Experience in assisting Managers or Executives with diverse tasks.
