Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review, finalize, and validate sales documents to ensure accuracy and readiness for the subsequent stages;
  • Systematically organize and track leads to maintain an efficient and effective sales pipeline;
  • Communicate daily with sales team members, monitoring their performance and ensuring accountability for key metrics;
  • Monitor the progress of sales involving financial aspects, addressing any issues promptly to ensure timely resolutions;
  • Provide support for daily operations and assist in managing the needs of an expanding team;
  • Handle general inquiries and serve as a liaison between the operations and sales departments to ensure seamless collaboration.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is advantageous but not required;
  • Over 2 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or as an executive assistant;
  • Background in fast-paced industries, particularly within sales or renewable energy, is highly valued;
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency through effective process management;
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables, managing datasets, and using basic formulas;
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, as well as project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com;
  • Solid knowledge of reporting and analytics tools to track and interpret sales performance metrics;
  • Familiarity with document management systems and cloud-based platforms such as Google Workspace or SharePoint;
  • Interest in or understanding of renewable energy solutions and emerging industry trends is considered an asset;
  • Exposure to financial processes, including payment tracking and financing agreements, is an advantage;
  • Experience with ticketing or support systems to address customer queries is a plus.
