Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review and validate sales documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before progressing to the next stage;
  • Organise and monitor leads efficiently to maintain a smooth and productive sales pipeline;
  • Communicate regularly with the sales team, tracking performance and ensuring alignment with key objectives;
  • Monitor the financial aspects of sales transactions, addressing issues promptly to ensure timely completion;
  • Provide day-to-day operational support and assist in managing the needs of an expanding and dynamic team;
  • Handle general inquiries, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between the operations and sales departments;
  • Design, implement, and optimise sales and marketing systems to promote consistency, efficiency, and adherence to company standards across all processes.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is advantageous but not required;
  • Over 2 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or as an executive assistant;
  • Experience in fast-paced industries, ideally within sales or renewable energy, is highly valued;
  • Proven ability to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency through process improvement;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data management, and formulas;
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com;
  • Strong knowledge of reporting and analytics tools for tracking and interpreting sales performance metrics;
  • Familiarity with document management systems and cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace or SharePoint;
  • Understanding of financial processes, including payment tracking and financing agreements, is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of or interest in renewable energy solutions and emerging trends is considered an asset;
  • Experience using ticketing or support systems to manage customer or internal queries is a plus.
