Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage daily finance-related tasks, including invoice handling, expense tracking, and coordination with the company’s external accountant;
- Support general office operations and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office;
- Organise, track, and maintain company records and documentation in an orderly manner;
- Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due Diligence (DD) procedures, ensuring required information is collected and recorded accurately;
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage official documents, maintaining communication with relevant external parties when needed;
- Review contracts to identify any unclear or concerning clauses and suggest changes where necessary;
- Provide administrative support and assist in meeting internal deadlines and ongoing reporting requirements.
Experience
- Previous experience in finance and administration;
- Possess a solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and procedures;
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Maltese is considered an asset;
- Comfortable using computers and digital systems;
- Proficient in common productivity tools and software.
