Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software and related databases, including property and tenant management systems;
- Maintain updated financial records such as ledgers, invoices, and receipts in an organised manner;
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving financial discrepancies;
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice management and payment tracking;
- Compile and prepare financial reports and summaries under the guidance of the accounting team;
- Provide administrative support including filing, petty cash handling, managing correspondence, and answering finance-related queries;
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal company policies;
- Support the Finance Function during preparations for both internal and external audits.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role;
- MQF Level 4 or equivalent, A’Level in Accounting is considered an asset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
