Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software and related databases, including property and tenant management systems;
  • Maintain updated financial records such as ledgers, invoices, and receipts in an organised manner;
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving financial discrepancies;
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice management and payment tracking;
  • Compile and prepare financial reports and summaries under the guidance of the accounting team;
  • Provide administrative support including filing, petty cash handling, managing correspondence, and answering finance-related queries;
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal company policies;
  • Support the Finance Function during preparations for both internal and external audits.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role;
  • MQF Level 4 or equivalent, A’Level in Accounting is considered an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Fluent in both verbal and written English;
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively;
  • Professional appearance and a customer service-oriented mindset;
  • Strong communication skills and discretion in handling confidential information;
  • Confident working independently and within a collaborative team environment.
