Our client is an established corporate service provider.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Organise and prioritise the issuing of invoices;
- Process and liaise with clients, in connection to invoice related queries;
- Efficiently maintain customer ledgers;
- Assist with any other office and accounting duties as may be required;
- Keep abreast of all legal updates;
- Provide general assistance with billing tasks within the Local Litigation department;
- Ensure deadlines are met;
- Provide quality service to clients.
Experience
- Hold at least an ‘Ordinary level’ in Accountancy;
- Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook;
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively in both Maltese and English.
Personal Skills
- Able to work well as part of a team;
- Have excellent communication skills.
