Our client is an established corporate service provider.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Organise and prioritise the issuing of invoices;
  • Process and liaise with clients, in connection to invoice related queries;
  • Efficiently maintain customer ledgers;
  • Assist with any other office and accounting duties as may be required;
  • Keep abreast of all legal updates;
  • Provide general assistance with billing tasks within the Local Litigation department;
  • Ensure deadlines are met;
  • Provide quality service to clients.

Experience

  • Hold at least an ‘Ordinary level’ in Accountancy;
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook;
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively in both Maltese and English.

Personal Skills

  • Able to work well as part of a team;
  • Have excellent communication skills.
