Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Organise and prioritise the issuing of bills;
  • Process and liaise with clients, in connection to invoice related queries;
  • Maintain customer ledgers;
  • Ensure deadlines are met;
  • Provide quality service to clients;
  • Assist with any other office and accounting duties as may be required.


  • Have an A’ level standard education;
  • Be computer literate with an excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications;
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively in both Maltese & English;
  • Previous experience in an administration/secretarial role is considered an asset.

  • Well organised, accurate and able to work under pressure;
  • Be a team-player.
