Our client is a leading company in financial services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform verification and reconciliation of accounts, client and company hedging trades & positions, covering sensitive areas such as PSP’s;
  • Verify and reconcile input documentation and any transaction of a complex nature;
  • Maintain appropriate files, reports and general data;
  • General adherence to deadlines on all departments especially as regards reporting to government entities;
  • Good understanding of accountancy and financial reporting processes;
  • Customer complaints handling and recording;
  • When needed, to aid in other generic day to day operational tasks.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the financial services sector (specific experience in investment services is a plus);
  • Studying for ACCA;
  • Qualification in Banking, Finance, IT or similar would be considered as an asset;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
