Company Introduction

Our client is a leading import/export company.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet clients and answer call;
  • Handle incoming emails;
  • Assist with general office administration tasks;
  • Handle day-to-day filing and data inputting;
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, invoices, IAAD’s and other documentation;
  • Collect money on daily basis;
  • Follow up on pending actions and ensuring that tasks are completed;
  • Prepare the necessary documentation to get a container;
  • Carry out light bookkeeping duties such as bank reconciliations;
  • Handle customs entries;
  • Communicate with 4 countries to order any necessary tax stamps;
  • Compile end of month reports;
  • Compile excise reports;
  • Input leave and sick leave.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a simialr role will be considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of customs entries and NSO would be a plus;
  • Experience in Sage, Movilizer and Shireburn programmes will also be an asset.
