Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take care of mail opening and distribution;
  • Keep the filing system up to date;
  • Meet and greet clients in a professional manner; 
  • Handle telephone calls in a proper and polite manner;
  • Take telephone messages and direct them to the respective people;
  • Respond to client and visitor requests;
  • Provide directions to visitors when necessary;
  • Communicate with clients;
  • Communicate with other members of staff;
  • Protect clients' confidentiality;
  • Report complaints to the operations manager;
  • Keep the reception area clean and well-organised.

Experience

  • A good standard of education;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English;
  • Computer literate;
  • Possess at least 1 year of experience working in a front office environment.

Personal Skills

  • Able to work on your own initiative;
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
