- Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve the company’s long-term goals and objectives;
- Identify and explore growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive business expansion;
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity across departments;
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various departments such as sales, customer service, and installations;
- Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations, while analyzing financial data to improve profitability and cash flow;
- Approve major expenditures and investments in alignment with company goals and objectives;
- Lead, motivate, and manage the team, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment;
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring alignment with company values and standards;
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and customer support;
- Represent the company at trade fairs, meetings, and networking events;
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar management role, preferably in the construction, engineering, or related industry;
- Proven track record in managing daily operations, budgets, and high-performance teams;
- Strong understanding of financial oversight, budgeting, and profitability analysis;
- Experience in recruiting, training, and retaining talent in a fast-paced work environment;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders;
- Experience in representing a company at public events and networking opportunities.
