Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create visually appealing and professional marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, event collateral, and digital campaign assets;
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels and communications;
  • Collaborate on creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal or external events;
  • Design graphics and visual content for internal and external communications, such as email banners, invitations, and signage;
  • Edit and enhance images and other visual assets for use across multiple platforms;
  • Support website updates with a focus on graphic and visual elements;
  • Provide design assistance during events, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives;
  • Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.

Experience

  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field;
  • Proven experience in a similar creative or design-focused role;
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  • Familiarity with Canva and other modern design tools;
  • Video editing experience will be considered an advantage;
  • Basic understanding of web design principles and SEO tools will be viewed as a plus.
