Our client is an international operator in the hospitality industry.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Be responsible for project management of hotel and workspace openings within the marketing team, with a focus on online reputation management and performance marketing;
- Take care of the content of our hotel profiles on distribution platforms and keep them up-to-date and complete;
- Respond to international online reviews of the company and actively participate in the strategic development of guest communication (pre-stay, in-stay, post-stay);
- Interface with the Operations Department and assist in the continuous optimization of quality in the hotels;
- Set up new questionnaires to determine guest satisfaction and manage existing ones;
- Support our hotel managers in responding to guest feedback;
- Take care of the administration of our reputation management system ReviewPro;
- Actively communicate within our marketing team and with other departments.
Experience
- Have completed vocational training or hold a degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar;
- Understand lifestyle marketing and have basic knowledge of the hotel industry;
- Previous experience in a marketing role or similar would be considered an asset;
- Have MS-Office skills and basic knowledge of design programs;
- Excellent command of written and spoken German and English.
