Our client is an international operator in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Planning and designing performance-based digital activities;
  • Monitoring and optimising the booking flow on all online booking channels
  • Acquiring new distribution channels;
  • Negotiating Third-Party Internet (chain) contracts;
  • Maintaining key account partnerships with OTAs;
  • Responsible for conversion optimisation and increase of traffic;
  • In charge of analysis and reporting of website performance, with use of Google Analytics optimisations and implementation of strategic growth and ROI measures (e.g. upselling approaches);
  • Looking after SEA campaigns and its annual budget planning;
  • Supervise and advance meta-channel strategies
  • manage online reputation, by consulting the with review management and adding initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.

Experience

  • Professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management/business studies/marketing/communication or similar;
  • Several years of experience in performance marketing and distribution channels;
  • Very good knowledge of OTA management, SEM and e-commerce;
  • Experience in working with external service providers;
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, fluent German would be a plus;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of CMS systems and design programmes.
