- Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development to a team of accountants;
- Oversee client relationships, including managing budgets and coordinating client assignments effectively;
- Maintain and enforce quality assurance standards across all deliverables;
- Evaluate workflows to identify areas for optimization and introduce process enhancements;
- Play a key role in shaping and implementing the firm’s strategic objectives.
Experience
- Possess an ACCA qualification or a degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field;
- Hold a CPA certification or an equivalent professional credential;
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity;
- In-depth expertise with various accounting software applications.

- Strong leadership abilities complemented by exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
