Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development to a team of accountants;
  • Oversee client relationships, including managing budgets and coordinating client assignments effectively;
  • Maintain and enforce quality assurance standards across all deliverables;
  • Evaluate workflows to identify areas for optimization and introduce process enhancements;
  • Play a key role in shaping and implementing the firm’s strategic objectives.

Experience

  • Possess an ACCA qualification or a degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field;
  • Hold a CPA certification or an equivalent professional credential;
  • Bring a minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity;
  • In-depth expertise with various accounting software applications.

  • Process and results oriented;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong leadership abilities complemented by exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
