Company Introduction

Our client is a leading organisation in corporate services, trustees and fiduciaries.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with the Company’s accounting and debt collection;
  • Help manage accounting and filing of client files, and support client relations;
  • Aid in the registration of vessels or aircraft;
  • Serve as the primary client contact for all operational matters within your portfolio;
  • Address routine and especially challenging client requests;
  • Oversee daily client operations, including banking, accounting, crew and payroll management, local and foreign VAT reporting, and other ad hoc requests;
  • Support client compliance with internal and external requirements;
  • Perform any additional duties related to the above activities as reasonably required by the Company;
  • Coordinate with authorities for registration and customs importation purposes;
  • Handle other related duties as necessary;
  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement;
  • Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows;
  • Collaborate closely with the Director, Marine & Aviation, to ensure high-quality client services and compliance with relevant laws;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
  • Maintain and, when necessary, introduce efficient processes and effective procedures;
  • Stay updated on developments in seamen’s legislation, maritime and aviation laws, and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance across all jurisdictions in which the Company operates;
  • Uphold the Company's values by promoting a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and equality.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in an organization within the Maritime and Aviation sectors;
  • Extensive experience in the yachting industry, with a proven track record in a senior management role;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, Accounting, Legal, or a related field will be considered an asset;
  • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, standards, and industry best practices;
  • Experience in sales, purchasing, and registrations within the yachting sector;
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
